Evaluating the Relationship to Other Courses or Curricula

The first part of this requirement has probably been partially fulfilled by your description and rationale (where you explained what your course can do for your students.) If not, be aware that even if your course isn’t part of a sequence, it could still relate to other courses in the curriculum. Be sure to tell your students if this is entry level knowledge that will set them up for success in another course, or an elective that offers a broadening horizon.
